Sets a property If the property does not exist, it will be created All Events (Change and Set) will be fired - even if the property has not changed The Property Type will be set as well

Parameters

pName: Type: String
Property Name

pValue: Type: Object
Value to be set

pType: Type: nsCDEngine.Engines.ThingService..::..ePropertyTypes
The Type of the Property

sourceTimeStamp: Type: DateTimeOffset
Overwrite the CTIM (Creation Time Stamp). If set to DateTimeOffset.MinValue the CTIM will be set to the current system time.

EventAction: Type: Int32
Defines what events should be fired

pOnChangeEvent: Type: Action<(Of <(<'cdeP>)>)>
a callback for a local (current node) onChangeEvent
